Muesli Cookie Baking Mix
A delicious organic wholefood muesli cookie baking mix, that can be made as cookies or muesli bars.
What’s a Mookie you say?! It’s the goodness of a muesli bar, crossed with a yummy cookie!
Our Mookie mix is made from organic wholefoods… Wholemeal spelt & rolled oats to keep you fuller longer. and just the right amount of unrefined coconut sugar, so these cookies are lower in sugar than ultra processed and packaged alternatives.
We choose premium organic ingredients. Our mixes are completely clean and free of preservatives and artificial ingredients.
So simple to make, just add two ingredients, even the kids can do that!
Makes 12 x 37gm cookies or bars.
Can be made with or without an egg and your choice of oil or butter, so suitable for vegans and dairy intolerance.
And if you don’t have time to roll out the cookies, press the mixture FIRMLY into a 20x20cm baking tin. Mark out bars with an egg flip before baking and then let cool completely before breaking into bars.
