Directions
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of Australian Beef Gelatin (10g) into approx. 80 MLS of water or liquid of choice. Stir thoroughly and wait at least 1 minute for the Gelatin to absorb the liquid (Bloom). Add the remaining 200 mls until all the gelatin grains have dissolved.
Hot Beverage Directions
Place 1 heaped tablespoon of gelatin into a mug combine the flavoured powder and then add in 100ml of cold liquid. Mix well and let bloom for 1-2 minutes, then top up with the remaining liquid, stir and heat via microwave or stove-top until hot. This will dissolve the gelatin. Stir thoroughly, your beverage should have a smooth, creamy consistency.
Healthy Gummies
Use 10g of Nutraviva Australian Beef Gelatin per 100 ml of liquid. Mix all ingredients into a saucepan and slowly heat until the gelatin grains have dissolved. Pour liquid into moulds or a flat dish and place in the refrigerator to set.
